If you are looking for a comprehensive studio package to start you off with confidence, the intro 3-pack private sessions is highly recommended. It will include a wellness consult, access to the full Pilates repertoire for you to master the foundations and experience the difference! Exercises are tailored exclusively for you and your needs. After the intro package, you may transition into group reformer classes or continue on with privates.

If you are looking to join the group reformer class and have no reformer experience, please proceed to do a single private session with us first to grasp the basics, ensuring that you go into the class with confidence.
